If you live in California and don’t already have your bags packed. Then, believe me, brother, this will have you out the door and on the next plane to the Texas panhandle.
And just when you may have thought the bubbly singing —Neoliberal— Nina Jankowicz was the end to supercalifragilisticexpialidocious. We now have the California CARE Courts—an outright forced injection Orwellian nightmare from its Inception.
To many of the Reaganesque “shitlibs”, the California CARE courts may sound like a good idea on the surface. Until you realize this comes from the same wack-a-mole politicians who brought you the gang of killer deputies called “the executioners”. A gang of state-sponsored thugs that get paid to don sadistic tattoos of skulls and that will kill anyone that gets in their way– no problem.
Of course, We can never lose sight of the fact that (killer cops) are not possible without the approval of the California judges and politicians. The same politicians that turn a blind eye to “the executioners” will in fact be administering the (so-called) CARE Courts. You would think by now Californians would reject this nonsense out of hand. But it seems that years of relentless state brutality have trained Californians to doublethink their way out of such insights.
We must never forget, for the California care courts to succeed they must induce failure. In a vicious cycle, the legal profits from failing people are actually captured back into the legal industry as a business. That is precisely why the 98% conviction rate stands firm within the criminal courts. If this was not the case the business models would break down and you could not scale the legal industry into perpetual employment for judges, lawyers, and the administrative staff of all different varieties. The (so-called) CARE courts will be an extension of this system.
Aside from the Orwellian title, one of the most chilling aspects of the so-called CARE Courts is the loosely defined category of person that can declare you as mentally unfit. For example, If a vindictive family member wants your money they can have you declared a bad apple. Obviously wide open to abuse and at the same time happily feeding the courts and jails with new customers and the lawyers with new clients. Likewise, if you are in downtown Los Angeles protesting police brutality the police can declare you unfit as well.
We can see where this is going.
The lawyers in California are simply hijacking the issue of mental illness brought about by their own government policies. Then, sadistically rebranding the California courts as some kind of humanitarian solution. All the while turning a blind eye to the very government policies that have led to the mental health crisis, to begin with. This is all technically true but also technically meaningless. Because nothing will be done.
To me, this is a ridiculously transparent ploy to feed the urban poor back into Courts and back into California prisons and county jails. Then, the question then becomes who is the architect of the CARE Courts? Of course, I reached out as a journalist to Gavin Newsom’s office and asked, “Was there any special interest pushing this legislation?” no responses anywhere.
This 11,000-word legislation is most likely one of Dante’s convoluted nightmares. In reality, this is just another judicial special-interest Bill that is designed as a 2022 bailout for the California legal industry– point-blank. The Bill is not meant to help anyone. It is meant to fail–spectacularly.
It starts with the premise that a schizophrenic American citizen; that is most likely dehydrated, starving, and is also unaware of the time– (Is then) somehow supposed to make it to a court appointment 10 or 15 miles away. Stand before a judge and then somehow get approval for mental health treatment.
One can only wonder why the FBI is not cracking down the doors of the California legislature and hauling these dumbshits out of the capital, and in the words of the fictional Mayor Larry Vaughn– “hanging these people up by their Buster Browns”?
I guess given the outright corruption regarding Russia Gate all FBI integrity is lost.
In the end, California CARE Courts will fail. The legislation is meant to give the perception of mercy when the opposite is true. If these programs were to actually succeed they would conflict with the financial interest of the criminal and civil courts. The only thing the CARE Courts will ensure is the funneling of the urban poor into the existing prison infrastructure and if you disagree with the corruption they can have you declared mentally unfit.
The California system is collapsing. Just simply walk around California’s major cities and you can witness a society in collapse. Not only is the collapse spreading– it’s accelerating.
And we can never lose sight of the fact. that one of the most important aspects that California’s totalitarian capitalism seeks to destroy is the history of your situation. In this way, people can interpret their problems as personal problems rather than social problems. This is coupled with the fact that California citizens have blissfully checked out in a not-so-blissful situation.
Historically, In times of breakdown, you can see individuals clamor for their own enslavement. In many ways, the CARE Courts mimic this with the State having the ability to declare a person unfit simply because a cop says so. In other words, stifling dissent under the cover of a mental health program.
Given the fact that the state of California structures programs to fail society will eventually fail along with it– and here we are.
Coupled with the demise of the US dollar as the world reserve currency there’s no way to monetize debt without hyperinflation. As the end is upon California you now have Gavin Newsom squatting in the ruin of a once-powerful civilization. Spiraling down the drain as it believes in its own propaganda of greatness.
